S-PEB™ Shockline High Voltage Pulse Sharpening & Amplifying Device
DTE’s S-PEB™ shockline was developed to create sub-nanosecond, multi-kilovolt pulses from the output of inexpensive FET-based pulsers. The technology is capable of MHz+ pulse rates and is immune to reflected power.
S-PEB™ technology can be customized for specific applications. Contact DTE to discuss your project requirements.
Advantages
- Compact size (< 600 cc)
- No external power requirements
- No active cooling required for pulse rates up to 1 MHz
- Robust technology is immune to shorting and other faults
- No known failures among the over 50 units in the field
